Started weight training as a teenager and entered and won his first bodybuilding contest in 1995 and continued to compete in the late 90’s on the east Coast. In 2001 he moved to Indiana were he won Mr. Indiana in 2006, The Underdog currently competes nationally and is currently featured in Vitamin Giant Ads through-out the Midwest. When not training, cooking and entertainment especially movies are his top hobbies. Chris specializes in personal training and contest prep training for bodybuilders.
